I have been a huge wearer of neutrals, blacks and whites in the last few years. I always felt like a “little girl” when I injected colors into my wardrobe. As I’m getting older I am able to feel more confident in adding just a pinch of color into my outfits. (NOT MUCH! haha! Let’s not go crazy) But I finally don’t feel like a 12 year old if I decide I’m in the mood for a striped colorful wrap skirt.
I love the contrast between the stripes and the cutouts of this top. It’s the perfect hot summer day outfit if you aren’t in the mood for shorts. (for the millionth time) It’s so hard in the summer heat of Raleigh, NC to find outfits that you don’t immediately sweat through. This one definitely helped while sitting outside on a patio for dinner and drinks!
